Together we have earned awards, worldwide recognition, and found prosperity within our businesses. We have also realized that this isn't enough.

Our Mission

There is a discontent within the wedding industry, and subsequently the ones who are part of it. We are here to tell you that there is more than what you see. There is opportunity for fulffillment, and not just success in a world that tells you constantly who you should be and what you should do. We are here to break down those walls that confine us as creative entrepreneurs, and furthermore, unleash the voice and potential that is hiding behind the fear. Our mission is to equip you as wedding photographers with not only newfound inspiration, but the knowledge and business know-how to create the business you long for. We want you to discover your true north.

Meet the Instructors

We all come from different backgrounds, with unique stories and lives that have led us to this incredible job that we share. We all have a common love for wedding photography and bringing more meaning into our work.

I think the most amazing thing about stories is that you get to see, and experience, the journey alongside those for whom you are documenting. I think life is full of beauty—even in the mundane. Daily Rituals. Awe. Fears. Hope. I think these are incredible things and I love how these things converge with Weddings and bring a sense of wonder and profound solemnity. I strive to create intentional images that are an effigy of something greater.

My wife and I live in Denver and we're keen on traveling, cooking, and working on our 100 year old house.

JEss Hunter

I currently live in Yakima, WA with my husband and two kids, Elsa and Atticus. I grew up in Georgia before moving to Alaska where I fell in love with the north and everything it symbolizes. After spending my childhood in rodeo and training horses, I fell into photography as a means to express myself and document the world around me as I've always been fascinated with the passing of time, and the changes that occur in our lives, while small on a daily basis, become huge shifts over the years. I love incorporating quiet, intimate images that make you feel something into my wedding work.

It doesn’t interest me
if the story you are telling me
is true.
I want to know if you can
disappoint another
to be true to yourself.
If you can bear
the accusation of betrayal
and not betray your own soul.
If you can be faithless
and therefore trustworthy.....
....It doesn’t interest me
where or what or with whom
you have studied.
I want to know
what sustains you
from the inside
when all else falls away.
I want to know
if you can be alone
with yourself
and if you truly like
the company you keep
in the empty moments.
